I will provide you with a professional service, and the fees charged will be to the satisfaction of both parties

My initial meeting with a client does not incur a charge

My costs will be agreed before starting, and based on the requirements of the contract, plus the cost of any agreed additional paperwork and postage

All jobs are different and so all fees and costs are negotiable, over and above the initial fee

The aspects of costing, time needed for the job, on-going costs and any additional costs will be discussed at the initial meeting, and a written estimate and contract will be emailed before any work commences

Itemised invoices will be emailed at the month-end to the client and expected to be paid within 14 days of issue

Payments to be made by credit transfer

I respect your privacy - all work is undertaken in strict confidence

If a secrecy document is required, or needs to be arranged, I would be happy to comply

No client details or client information will be given to any third party, with the exception of an order from the Police or a Court of Law

If I have to comply with an order, our agreement will terminate immediately

No extraneous information will be collected, or kept on a client, only that needed by and covered by the Data Protection Act 1998
